Something growing on the Trumpet coral
I just picked up a trumpet coral like the one shown in the pic below. Today I noticed a lot of red colored stuff growing on them. Not on the green parts but all in between the branches. It looks like red/purplish cotton. Anyone have any ideas? I'l get a pic up later
This is the coral that I am talking about http://www.liveaquaria.com/product/p...fm?pCatId=2139 |

I've had a few small patches before, but they always went away on their own. If it's not affecting the expansion of the coral I would just leave it alone. I don't know if there is a way of killing it directly. Like I said it's never caused me any problems.
