Beautiful 180g reef in SoCal

I've decided to sell my 180g reeftank (thought the day would never come).

some info:

180g (72x24x24) acrylic, w/ dual overflows and durso standpipes.

black canopy and stand
3x400W Ushio 20K MH bulbs plus 330W of VHO actinics, hamilton pulse start ballasts and cooling fans.

Three tunze stream pumps in the tank controlled by a multicontroller.
Closed loop system powered by little giant 4MDQX pump. Two return mag drive 24 pumps inside the 60gallon sump. ASM G4X skimmer, two phosban phosphate reactors, Korallin calcium reactor w/ extra reactor media, UV sterilizer (I think it's 140W), fluval 404 active carbon canister filter, 40 gallon refugium w/ live sand and LR.
1/3 horsepower JBJ chiller, 180W heater, bunch of extra pumps and equipment, MH bulbs.
also included is a RO/DI water filtraton system w/ extra filter media.

Tank inhabitants - 300 lbs of LR, 250lbs of LS, 15 fish, lots of inverts, cleaner/fire shrimp. Mainly SPS dominated tank w/ some LPS corals and 5 clams. All corals thriving and growing like crazy. Plus lots of test kits and food.
