OT: Home inspectors

Can anyone recommend a good home inspector in Columbus?

Thanks!

I dont know the name of one but if you call Rich Russo at 614 937-8699 he can recommend one to you. He is a realtor and he has helped me with my home purchase as well as a half dozen or more rental properties. Tell him Steve from Flowerama sent you and he will hook you up with a good one.

I can't remember who did mine, but he sucked. He said the roof was good. It leaked and was ready for replacement. He said foundation was great. It's cracked and bowed. Those are major things. He spent a long time here and found lots of stuff---maybe the dump just had too many things wrong..

I had Ray from Home Scan USA do mine. He did a good job, but didn't catch every tiny thing. I'd use him again though...

To the thread? Yeah, I suppose. Busy times as you can imagine.

Thanks for all the info guys. I actually got a friend to refer a guy and I think it turned out pretty well. His name is Howard Dunbar with Apex something something... He took the time to 'splain things to me and I think he was thorough.

Thanks for the advice guys!
