anemone questions ?

I have a pair of Ocellaris clowns, I've had them 4 years now
they are currently hosting in a group of hairy mushrooms
and they have dark spots to prove it
I"m thinking about getting an anemone
my questions are
what kind ? a BTA is what I like
how difficult are they to maintain ?
what do you feed them ?
do they move around alot ?
what are there lighting / flow needs ?

I have a 75 gal/ 20 gal refugium
Aquatinics T-5 lighting 5x54 + 270 watts
return pump is a mag 9.5
I also use 2 tunze 6025 nano streams for flow
I keep trumpet, zoos, rics, some montipora, caps, digi,

my water parimiters are ( I use bionic)
1.026
78 deg
ph 8.3
alk 9
calk 450
amonia 0
natrate 0

Fish
my clowns
a yellow tang
a flame angel
a decorator goby
a mandarin

should I have any problem housing a BTA ?
I hate to get anything I cant take care of

Thank you for any advice.

They're pretty easy to maintain if you provide strong lighting and feed them regularly. I feed mine decent sized shrimp and small pieces of fish. They will move around if they don't like their placement but if they find a place they do like they will stay there. They will sting other corals (RIP my frogspawn) so give them plenty of room.
