Best ways to feed Cyclop-eeze?
For a while now I've been spot-feeding my Hammer Coral with phytoplankton (Cyclop-eeze), which seems to work well. I was wondering if it woiuld help my other animals to feed some directly into the water column, and if so how much and how often?
My other animals are: Sebae anemone Brain Coral Carpet anemone Bubble-tip anemone Leather mushroom All of the above are doing well as is, the leather and brain are growing TOO fast in fact and the sebae has doubled in size in six months. I also have Blood shrimp Tang, chromy's

The fish would like the Cyclop-Eeze, IME, and it seems to be a fine food. The anemones and brain coral might like it, too. The brain coral is less picky than BTAs, IME.

Hmm, no, you needed one more question to hitch the jackpot, but too late.
I use the frozen form, and just dump the stuff into the tank. I do turn the skimmer off for a while when I feed, though.

I use freeze dried, and I just pintch a little off, and hold it in my tank water. It will kinda melt out of your fingers. I turn off my entire sump for 20 mins, and only leave power heads on while doing this.

I like to get a cup with tank water to thaw the cyclopeeze in. I then target feed what corals i wish. What is left over goes dirctly into the water column for my fish and they love it. I do put some in prior to target feeding since my fish try to steal from the corals. I use a chunk (smmall dime size) when i feed. I had to figure out the right size by trial and error. I leave on all p.h. and pump but ensure skimmer is off.
