New to this journey

Just like to say hello. I have started a 55 Gal. tank heavy on the rock with some fish. Unxpekted a friend of mine sent me to this great site, and now with my first month behind me I'm finally starting to read. My basic start up was 4 bags of sand, 3 live 1 not, 90 lbs of live rock , from a great guy in my town that has some amazing pieces, 2 hang on the back filters 1 ebo-jager heater, and a butt-load of crabs. I'm now ready to set-up my 33gal. sump and have a berlin turbo skimmer for this. wondering if anyone has advice on how to split up my sump for maximum effectiveness. Like to get 3 chambers out of it. THANKS

[welcome]

Take a look at melevsreef.com for some pictures of sumps. That's a nice-sized sump for that tank. You'll just want some baffles to create a refugium and pump area. With a hang-on skimmer, that should be all you need, I think.
