aquabuys.com

Is aquabuys a good online store? If not where can I get IceCap T5 reflectors and Giesemann bulbs?

I do not have any experience with them. I know reefgeek.com has good prices and service.

Hellolights, Customaquatics, oe Permium aquatics. They all have the reflectors, but I think only Premium has Geismann.

Thanks coralnut...

Tell your wife it is an investment in the sanity of your mind due to tank watching being a relaxation technique that enables you to keep counting that money.

I tried the relaxation angle. It wore out a long time ago. I just told her about the custom L-shape tank I want to put in the den. I have to relinquish one of my 125's and build her a sewing room as part of the deal. She drives a very hard bargain.

Small bit of advice. I had to buy the same reflectors not too long ago. I made the mistake of not making sure the bulb clips were attached to one of them. All three are superb vendors, but it will save you a big headache for a tiny item to just make sure they include the clips with the reflectors.

Sam the owner is a great guy and a very knowledgable person when it comes to equipment and tanks. It's small outfit with competitive prices.

Luckly he is only 10 minutes away from my house. The only problem is that when I go by you're there for an hour talking shop.

Highly recommend Sam at Aquabuys.

My reflectors arrived promptly, all clips there and they are on my tank.

One note for slight dummies like me. They come with a very thin protective plastic that should be removed. Took me a while to figure that one out....they just didn't look so shiny to me. Duh.
