ID Please

In my new setup tonight I found this. He swims about pretty fast and he looks more like a catapillar. Any ideas? Should I try to get him out

Also he was green at the front and brown at the back!!

looks like an epitoke. basically is how some bristleworms multiply.

I would say its about 1.5" long. I am trying to upload a video on youtube that I got of it, I was able to hold it against a rock for a bit.
