What settings do you have your Tunze 7095 multicontroller on?

I purchased the Tunze 7095 Multicontroller with 2 Tunze 6101's and was wondering how you guys have your settings on the controller and how you positioned the powerheads? There are so many options that it is difficult to figure out what would work best for a variety of mostly LPS, SPS and maybe some softies.

They will go in a 156g Oceanic Reefready Tank.

I change the settings weekly; this allows full use of an expensive device. Moving the powerheads around also helps to make things interesting.

I did have mine on Interval 1 pulse, but I changed it to sequential chance flow last night just to change it up a bit. I have four 6000s, one at each corner aimed at each other in a 120.
