nam2212 (Nick) -- He sent a package that FedEx mangled. Note: He packed it very well, I thought. We contacted FedEx, and he refunded me 100% of my money like two days later. I don't even think FedEx had settled with him yet. I hadn't even asked for a refund, was just waiting to see what FedEx was going to do.
Nick is a stand-up guy, and I'd do business with him again in a heartbeat. Thanks Nick! |
