Always sad to hear this, but keep us up on what happens and if you get any resolution.

I'm sorry you got burned I guess ... sadly, a few weeks before I had a good transaction with the guy

He's been around here the last few days ... wonder what the story is?

I'd PM/email again ... though that seems futile.

When he recently downgraded to cube, so i think he might have been down in the dumps because he had to downgrade...

I just recently bought a skimmer from him, im just waiting for it in the mail, hopefully all is still well. Im trusting him w/ a lot of money.

I would rather not get into details for the reasoning, but Tuyen's money was refunded and all is well.

This is not a regular occurence by any means as many of you have purchased items from me and I have sold well over 20 items and have done transactions over $700 with people on this board.

Unfortunately life gets in the way sometimes and Tuyen I appologize for that. Sean, as I PM'ed you your skimmer will be arriving on Monday and you also have the tracking number.

If there are any further questions from anyone, feel free to ask...

Haha, sorry for the little bit of doubt. I had noticed you had sold stuff in the past with never any complaints. But, when theres that much money on the line i always tend to worry...

Just got my tracking number, and its on its way!

No offense, but it seems these sales take a backseat to your own upgrades.... which isn't the way to be doing things.

I didn't realize we were a form of short-term loan ... sell us stuff, take the money, wait a few weeks until your new replacement comes in ... then get around to shipping out what we had paid for earlier.

I think to any buyer ... that really sucks.

Mark,

Like I said, I appologized for this situation and made reparations to the buyer, what else is expected?

In 2 cases I have actually asked a buyer BEFORE they had paid if shipping could be delayed a week or so waiting for the new part to arrive, in every case the buyer could have said NO.

In fact Mark, you were one of those cases and I even overnighted the lighting to you so you would get it in time for your upgrade, I don't think that really sucks...

I got my lights, exactly what I paid for and in great shape.

But I also had PM'ed to no response, like amavn, something not mentioned in my review.

Got my skimmer yesterday, it all looks brand spanking new, and he sent it in a huge box to ensure nothing work break. Great deal.

I have bought 2 things from RJG. The turn around time isnt the best, but with the prices and the condition of the products I have no problem waiting a few extra days.. He is a stand up guy..

HTH,

Brian
