13k or 20k?

I was looking at a lighting system for a reef tank and the system comes in two styles, a 13k and a 20k. Both are same price and I wondered which would be better for a reef tank. I would like to keep a varity of corals in this tank. thank up front.

I would go with the 20K. The 13K will give you a more yellowish, where the 20K is more blue....... IMHO

True that 20K is more blue, but too blue for my taste. I use the coralvue reflux 10K, rated at 13K and really like the look. One of the bulbs burnt out and I have a 10K XM next to the coralvue. The difference is day and night.

Coralvue definately has a blue hue to it while the std 10K is all white. If you just want a touch of blue (noticeable), then go with a coralvue refluc bulb. Some do like the look of the 20K. I don't.
