Back strap steak from the deer I took that morning or a stuffed wild turkey from the spring or fall hunt. Though I'd much preffer backstraps cut up into chixlets with a tall glass of home made brew. Too bad the Nebraska vs oklahoma game is no longer a Thanksgiving tradition. And yes the punctuation on the states is coorect.

well I've been up since 4:30, my yummy mashed potatoes are boiling now, (see page 2 for recipe) and then my new sweet potatoe dish with mini marshmellows on top i'll be cooking bit later cause they don't take long.
Once eric gets up (this is his first time sleeping in since september (he works 80 + hours a week the full 7 days) he will be smoking some ribs why cause he wanted too LOL, so noon time i'll be off to see my mom, and then to his mom's house where we will actually be eating and once his ribs are done i'll go get him. HAPPY THANKSGIVING TO YOU GUYS

I fed 5 firefighters today as the husband had to work, we had:
Roasted Turkey with sage dressing and gravy (his Grandmother's recipe) Mashed Potatos Sweet Potato Casserole Green Bean Casserole Veg-all Casserole (my Grandmother's recipe) Cranberry Orange Relish from Publix (Family tradition) Brown and Serve Rolls Pumpkin Pie French Silk Pie
