Bangaai Babies Again

Just had babies again. My last 2 batches are still in a small tank.

New babies in bucket. What would you suggest is the best way of giving them a nurturing environment now?

Tank size, light, live sand?

How should I set up for them that makes most sense?

Please help.

Should i buy a 5 gallon self cantained system for $39.98

Also, I was feeding live brine to my others. But it is hard to get brine out without shells from Sally hatchery.(upsidedown soda bottle. Any ideas?

fish nugget- i used 10 gal tanks, and did frequent water changes.
I know i posted the links to my 2 articles in your recent thread, both contain useful info on how to raise the fry, and as long as you can maintain a high level of food density, and clean water, it doesn't matter what the bucket looks like.
Next and importantly--Make sure you have plenty of phytoplankton or selcon enriched baby brine for the first 10 days, then try weaning them over to shaved hrimp, cyclo-peze or Fish roe

Sorry

Links you sent me before did not work.

do you mean I should have no filtration. No live rock, sand, light, heater?
What will maintain the biology?

Can I use a little DT's Phyto? or selcon or both?

Filtration is not necissary in the first month as water changes will take it's place. I personally run a cheap hang on the back filter with a foam filter over the intake on my tanks after the first couple weeks. The filter is established by running it on another tank before use on the growout tank. Use a heater rated appropriatly for whatever size tank you decide to get. No rock or substrate needed as the filter will do the work. You may also want to get an air stone driven sponge filter if you aren't good about keeping up on water changes this can be used at a low flow as soon as you add the fry to the tank and then ramp up the flow as the fry are able to swim away from it. DT's is ok both is better.
