Ditto that. Cheap, easy to setup, very effective. Best $35 I've spent on my tank.

I run the whole gammit...Tunze Osmolator (on a 120g), JBJ (on a 40g Frag), and 2 of my home made cheapo's on Nano's at work and home...

My home made top off doesn't use float switches...I use a $12 Aqualifter pump and a $8 Digital lamp timer from Harbor Freight...I set the timer to run the Aqualifter for 1 minute ever 4 hours which works out about perfect for my evap...

Here is a quick phone cam pic of the setup at in my office at work...

If $ not issue, the litermeter 3 is outstanding. I use it w/ 2 remote pumps for kalk / top off and 2 part dosing.

I just bought a pressure switch from Phishy for $50 and hooked it up yesterday. Seems to work good so far.

I have a Tunze Osmolator. Setup was a little frustrating (instructions in my opinon are crap), but the apparatus, once installed, works like a charm.

Pump makes a buzzing noise when it's on. Wonder if that's normal?

I just wanted to add that I've had the Tunze osmolator hooked up since 2003. First on my 240 gal setup and now on my 24 gal nano. I haven't had any problems with it since day one, and it has saved me a few times. The little pump is still pumping along, with no problems at all.
