65w PC or T5 HO?

I am looking at upgrading my lighting system soon and am wondering which to go with. I Know that I can keep just about anything under T5 HO lights, but havent heard much about the 65w PC lights. I found a 4 bulb PC unit for about $250, only one left at my local Petco. If I was to go with a T5 unit I would probably buy 2 ballasts and build my own setup.

The reason I am asking this question is; with 4 65w PCs I would have 260w of lighting , but if I was to go with 4 T5 HO bulbs I would only have 216w. I know that wattage doesnt make that much of a difference, and its more of a lumen output factor. Is there that much of a difference?

The amount of watts doesn't really matter, its the quality of the light. T5 is what you should go with. I think if you went pc you'd kick yourself in the head later. Get a nice icecap ballast and make your own T5 setup. It will be worth it.
