Good tongs?

I'm finding I could really use some decent tongs / forceps for my tank. It'd be nice if I could reach the bottom of the tank with them. Are there good sources for these, or a variety of tools I should look into for working in my tank?

I want to know too. I was looking at them the other day on-line...couldn't decide which were worth the investment.

I've used these, not as heavy duty as the Coralife so it's only good for picking up frags and small rubbles, but no rust either:

Are the coralife ones rusting on people?

I just checked mine, and I dont see any. Is a metal screw at the 2 pivot points but they still look fine.

Romeo, what "E site" are you referring to where you bought your hemostats? You're saying both the Aqua Tongs and the Aquatic Gardner are useless. What makes them so inferior?

These are great for trimming long spline urchins.

I guess once again I got lucky? Ive used the aqua tongs several times a week for 2 years without any issue. My tank is 30" deep so they are sure handy.

Not too many tong users around here, eh? C'mon, I know a large portion of people must use tongs, especially you coral farmers.

I guess I don't mind getting my hands wet, I bought a pair of bamboo ones in the lizard section of Petco. They don't rust anyways!

I currently use some nice bbq tongs from William Sonoma. They are made of stainless steel and seem to do the job well. I rinse them with freshwater after using them to keep them from rusting.
