My fave monti is the superman. Sunrise monti is also stunning. I dont have pics of them. In the first pic of this topic seems to be a superman but in the upper part of the coral it gets something green.

I just bought one like the purple one on the bottom.
Mine looks identical, no polyps out ever though.
Does your polyp out? How long have you had it? Low light or high light?

Reefkoy, mine doesn't really have any polyps that are visible either.

Here is my current favorite in my 75 gallon megaflow tank.

It's a purple rim I got from IMAC 2005.

When I got it it was the size of a dime.

This frag came from the frag exchange table at the end of the conference. There were about 50 random bags and you could grab a few if you wanted.

It is an extremely fast grower. This coral has been fragged in half twice since getting it. All grown under 100% VHO lighting.

I love the way it's growing up the overflow. Every few days I scrape the overflow slots with a pocket flathead screwdriver to keep it fom overgrowing the openings.

Just took a few shots before scraping and cleaning the tank. I will try to get some more from the top. It has begun to grow along the surface of the water in some areas.

Maybe it's time to do a little trimming again......

Enjoy!

Ryan
