Thats beautiful. How long and wide are the tentacles? And how big is the whole coral?

The tenticles are about 1.5" long and they are about a pencil width if not a bit thinner. The whole coral is about the size of a softball.

What kind of flow do you have and where is it in your tank? I just lost my long tentacle plate last night. It was originally on the bottom of the tank, but my sand sifting goby covered it with sand. I moved it mid-tank and it hung in there for a bit, but eventually dissolved. As my other corals are thriving, I'm confused.
