135 stocking plans
Here's my preliminary stocking list for my upgrade that I'll be doing over the summer. Tell me what you think.
The tank will be 36"x36"x24," with a 40-50 gallon sump. Total water volume should be around 175-185 gallons. Fish I have now: Kole tang 3 damsels (not sure which species) Fish I'd like to add: 1 x Male boxfish (O. meleagris) 1 x Female boxfish (O. meleagris) and some bartletts anthias, but I don't know how many. I think 6 would be too much. What do you think? Also, the boxfish pair may be removed if they turn out to have an appetite for SPS or gorgonia. |

I wouldnt go with the boxfish. They are very hard to keep.

I'm well aware of the special requirements of boxfish. The only thing I'm concerned with for them would be other fish harassing them, but hopefully the choices I've picked out will be pretty nice (my damsels are really timid, they're the same kind that Steve Weast has in his tank).
