how many fish can i put in my 30?

i have a 30g tank+10g water in the sump,
how many fish can i have there?
i currently have 2 percuals 1 damsle and 1 red scooter baleni.

(its a 6 monthes old reef with zoanthids and some LPS..)

you need a refugium if that 'blenny' [he's not: he's really a dragonet, like a mandarin] is not eating pellet or the like. He will starve without a refugium in any tank under 100g, or he will be eating fishfood.
You have all the fish now that you ought to have in there. The percs will grow to about 2-3" each; your damsel will hit up to 4" or larger, and the scooter about 3". Anything else would be pushing it.
