stuff for sale

I have some stuff for sale if anyone interested:

-Coralife 220 skimmer with needlewheel pump used for about a year good condition asking $160

-Iwaki wmd-30rlxt water pump this is a non pressure rated pump for return/closed loop only. this pump is new only tested to see if it works asking $150

- scwd wave maker used about 1 hour asking $30

-DIY acrylic sump with built in refuge made from .23" acrylic, size is 18" wide, 32" long, 16.5" tall this sump fit under my aga 120gal tank asking $120

-mag 12 used for 6 months, good condition, trade for mag 18

I will also consider trades for tunze magnets, calcium/kalk reactors, or name it I'll let you know.

hey i have a question about your skimmer....i have the exact same one working right now...did you ever have teh problem where the water as it came back into the aquarium into that "bubble diffuser" rushed over the top of it rather than through it???? how do i fix this?

I think you can convert your Mag 12 into an 18 by buying the Mag 18 impeller. Maybe someone can confirm...

about the bubble diffuser: I had to rinse the floss often and stopped using it as the skimmer sat inside the sump so there was no need for the bubble diffuser
thanks for the impeller info I also read somewhere if I switch from 3/4 to like 1"or 1 1/4" return pipe it will somehow flow more maybe I'll try that

Yes, if you are using 3/4" PVC you are killing your flow. Here is a link to a head loss calculator you can use to see how much you are affected by different diameter piping.
