pics of my new 90 reef system

i'm finally finished with my new system. i'm realy happy with how it turned out thanks to some ideas i stole from landon and some equipment that bruce ordered for me. i got some pics below

this is my stand and canopy. the stand is an all glass that i raised up about ten inches and refinished. i custom built the canopy to match ( i've raised the stand two more inches and covered all of the black frame on the tank with a taller piece of trim since i took this picture). this stand has been past down through a couple generations of reef keepers. it was first ricks then it was landon. i thought it would be cool to keep it goin.

90 with newly mounted triangle overflow and bulkheads for my closed lupe. this overflow was landon's idea (he would be pist if i didn't mention this)

closed lupe outlets and air intake and exhaust. i probably won't use all of these outlets but i think it will give me alot of control.

back end of closed lupe and canopy exhaust. i'm realy happy i was able to plumb everything in a second room.

dsb, ro resavoir, auto top off and dosing. my auto top off is 100% gravity fed from the resavoir to a kalk reactor and then to the sump on a slow drip adjusted to evaporation. i installed a homemade filter inline to keep the valve from gettin clogged. so far so good. i have float switches and a pump on stand by.

back end of system. i've plumbed a drain so that i can do water changes by cuttin a coulple valve and turning on a mixing pump.

close up of the 29 gallon dsb with plenum. i have a spray bar with an overflow box to keep a uniform current.

75 gallon sump/refugium with g3. landon came up with this sump for me or for himself. i can do a 24 gallon water change without cutting off my pumps.

thanks for checking out my system. please let me know what you think or if you have any sugestions.

Looks good Kevin. Thanks for the kudos

I really didn't think I wanted to have my RO reservoir raised up, but if that's still working perfectly when I'm to that point, that's an idea Ill be stealing from you

The rock work looks way better in person. Its got a ton of depth. Each side has a tad different styling (due to the shape of the rock) but the depth is incredible. Kevin, you should try and take some pics of the rock from different angles, and maybe from the ends. It looks really good. You should show it off a little more

That rock looks real god. Is it just stacked or did you use any tricks to get it that way?

Kevin- I'm glad the stand lives on man. The tank looks awesome. I love the setup. I can't wait to see it in person.

What does that mean? Landon must have told you something untrue.

I love the plumbing on the top of the canopy and the fish room behind the tank. Looking forward to having a meeting there soon.
