question about favia placement?!?!?!?!?!?

ok i have been eyeing this beautiful favia, which i am going to pick up today, but my question is were in my 29 gallon reef should i place it? I have 130 watts of pc over it, should i put it onthe sand bed? mid way up on the rocks? or at the top of the rocks? I otherwise know what i need to know. Just need your opinions on were to place it.

With that type of lighting I would say it could go in any of those places. If you upgrade the lighting ever put it on the Sand bed.
