What mode do you guys run your vortech's on in your sps tanks?

Just curious what mode people are running their Vortech's on for their SPS tanks?

I switch between reefcrest and lagoon mode. I keep the second pump on anti-sync mode at all times.

I can't make my mind up between reefcrest and pulse. I think I favor the pulse mode.

Im using pulse. I just feel like I get more movement in pulse.

i got two, both set to masters and on reef crest. 2 independent equations-> more random than one (antisync)

When you guys run pulse are you using a long pulse or a short burst pulse mode????
