Good morning Sang,
Already picked up and have started to temperature acclimate the bags. Everything looks great so far. Thank you for the extras! Really great job packing, best I have ever received. Quick question, where did you find those bags? I would love to get a line on them. The polyps were even open when I first opened the cooler. FYI the internal temp of the cooler was 77.6 F, excellent. Thanks for providing me with the most enjoyable online ordering experience I have ever had. Three cheers for Sang. Will update you after bags are all opened and everything is placed.

Added info on packing:
-Igloo cooler (insulated, durable, watertight), double bagged, tall bags optimized usable space, padded internally with foam sheet and paper towels to absorb moisture, shipped to fedex staffed office for pickup, This packing is the best I have ever received.

Frags are large, well colored, healthy and after 12 hours look as though they were never shipped. Won't even comment on the extras as they were a pleasant suprise and completly unexpected.

Communication was open and fast. Top notch job all the way around. Please don't overwhelm him as I would like to get more in the future!

Same experience with my friend I referred to buy from Sang. He purchased some really nice cloves and he mentioned that this was the first time he received them is such great shape. I can't wait to see them... maybe even get a frag later when they are ready.
