Looking for some advice.

I have a 10g nano with fish, lr, ls, soft corals mushrooms zoa's and a hole crap load of macroAlgae. here is my thought I'd like to Change out all of the Live rock because its covered with MacroAlgae. I would think taking the rock out an adding new from the LFS would be a bad idea. I was thinking i would set up a New 10g with a PH for flow and some lights and Cycle new rock in a new tank then after the cycle is over replacing the rock in the existing tank with the rock from the new just cycled tank.

your post is confusing, if your algae is an outbreak of some sort then you have a nutrient problem and new rock will make no difference
