Little starfish everwhere!!

I have these little starfish all over my tank there the size of a pea and there white and grey with 7 legs. I dont have a pic yet i have seen them at pets stores before does any one know what there called or if i should be catching them i have a ton now will they keep growing in numbers?

Look for Asterina starfish. If it is then heed this. Caution: Keep with a close eye. Some people have problems, and others don't. They can quickly become a plague becuase they can pop off a leg at will to reproduce a new one. The starfish are usually seen with uneven legs because of this.

I think travis is corret on his ID. There are many species of asterinas and most of them feed on algae or detritus. So IMO, they are not a problem. I like the look of them and like seeing them in my tank. So I dont mind at all. But if you dont like them, they can reproduce more then you want them to. But IME, the less food they have, the less they reproduce.

There are 1 or 2 species of asterinas that are predatory though and can feed on corals. So in the begining, keep a close eye on them. Many stars will move across corals and that isnt a problem, but if you see these stars on your corals and you notice that the corals are missing pieces of flesh, then its time to start yanking them out.

Its from a movie called samurai x but i changed it to vash from trigun what one you like better?

Well I love Vash and if people knew what it was I think you should keep that one, I think the first episode was one of the funniest!!

Salty brother the first episode was ok but i like hard puncher the 4th or 5th episode. I think thats when you see him fight i use this name here and on a shooting game online called unreal tournament the -ts- is a clan on there it stands for terror squad and vash is the best . I also like hellsing and gungrave is made by the same people that made trigun you should check it out. BTW who is that in your avatar mary jane from spiderman ? I like it looks like a comic book .

Gearow Manga is ok if you like to read but i like the movies better but i know a lot of things are in the manga that are not in the anime shows .

BTW Dragon Ball, DBZand Dragon Ball GT rule all the anime. I been watching it since i was 12 im 24 now and i still love it.
