Bad experience with neyugn0w01

Bad deal with Lam, he did not send the package when he was supposed to and then it got delayed by a storm. Fedex had to repackage the package due to excessive leaking. Corals were dead, and Lam refused to make any good compromise. He doesn't have more frags and will not refund any money. He states he did nothing wrong, it is out of his hands. Bad attitude from a seller. I am out over $500 bucks and he doesn't care. See thread.

Ouch.. Those were suppose to be nice stuff too .. If the stuff was shipped out on Tuesday, it wouldn't have to sit at Fedex for the whole weekend ...

Thanks for the support. I liked the response from another person who wrote " who would ship out for a Friday delivery with a storm watch for 22 states in effect ". That is exactly my point. The delay was very costly. Plus the box was repackaged by Fedex as it was leaking like a sieve. I PM'd the seller asking for 1/2 the money back. He has not returned my messages. Merry Christmas!!!!

Got it. Seller has refused to make a compromsie and the issue is not being handled by paypal and the credit card company. As if it were not clear enough, please be cautious when dealing with Lam. IMO he is a bad seller.

How did you pay? If it was credit card or paypal then you have a recourse by filing a complaint...or challenging the payment by the credit card company. Hope you have pictures of the box, tracking number, etc...it will make it easier to handle. Good luck and thanks for the warning.

Ladipyg, please look in the CMAS forum for the thread, it has been beaten to death. Paypal was the first course of action, and now the CC company is getting involved. I believe they suspend the paypal accounts of the buyer and seller until it is resolved. There are some pics in the thread of the box and dead corals. There are also some great "words of wisdom" from the seller.
