id on night life please goodie or baddie

hi all can some one tell me whatthis is please it looks like a common earth worm but boy can it stretch out it has like a flat face by means of it just ends its stretched about 9 inch colour is brown
goodie or not (damned never touching that rock again there about 4 of them lol)[IMG][/IMG]

I have a bunch of these in my tank that come out at night, they are common and harmless. I can't remember the name of them anymore since it was a long time ago I found info on them. But If I remember where I found the info I'll send you a pm

dont knack corals or anything ?
i thought they were flat worms but look nothing like them

Peanut worms. I have a boatload in my rock. No problems they are good.
