looks like a sundial snail, they eat zoos so I would get it out

could be a sundial, or it could be Collonista

I have a ton of them in my tank. I was concerned they were sundials at first, but it's easy to tell them apart - take one out of the tank; when it retracts into its shell, if the 'trap door' that covers the hole is large and cone shaped, it's a sundial, and get rid of it. If not, it's collonista, and you should throw it back in. Harmless algavore.

It's not a sundial, it's a Collonista or one of the species in the same subfamily. They are algae grazers and reef safe.

The most common hitchhiking "sundial" is Heliacus variegatus, and has completely different sculpture and patterning. See (disregard the second shell from the top, it's a sundial, but not a Heliacus species):
