White gorgonian ID

Sold as starburst gorgonian, unless I'm mistaken. Thinner, then Swiftial, pure white with orange sponge growth on it. Octocorallia - 8 tentacles. This is one branch from a tangled group. Pretty flexible, doesn't stand up. Ends of branches roll.

No information on the web by this name, at all.
Need t know at least, is it non-photosynthetic or photosynthetic.
