JeffersonReef's tank sale thread: IM OUT! :(

FS: Whole reef tank setup for excellent price.

Hey all. I have really enjoyed my time on ReefCentral, but I have decided that I am going to be selling off my reeftank. I have been trying to figure out the best way to do it... selling piece by piece would really be a hassle...

So I am selling EVERYTHING for $800. Here is what you get:

TANK:
*150g glass tank (drilled w/ 2" overflow and 1" or 1.5" return), stand and canopy (all in very nice condition) - No scratches, stand/canopy in perfect condition!
*Approx 60g acrylic sump/fuge (skimmer area - fuge area - return area). Nothing fancy... just an acrylic tank with baffles added, but it got the job done!

Lighting:
*LIGHTING: 2 DUAL 250 watt PFO ballasts (total of 4 ballasts) - Magnetic, HQI (http://www.marinedepot.com/ps_ViewIt...ct~PF1612.html)
*3 x 250 watt PFO Pendants (will include bulbs) - (http://www.marinedepot.com/ps_ViewIt...ct~PF2675.html)

Equipment:
*Jeff's Exotic 6-1 Protein Skimmer and Sedra 5k (http://www.exoticfish.com/details.cf...%7C0&id=42370&)
*Auto topoff unit
*Mag 12 return pump, 2 SEIO 820's, and a modded maxi jet.
*about 10 5gallon jugs and a 50gallon water container that I used for water changes.
*A spare BakPak skimmer that I had laying (was planning a QT/Prop tank) (http://www.marinedepot.com/ps_Aquari..._bak-pak_sr_dx)

LIVEROCK and LIVESTOCK:
*Approx 170-200+ lbs of LR in the display plus about 15bls LR rubble in the fuge
*Approx 50-80 lbs of Live Sand
*Fish include: 1 Yellow Tang, 1 Lawnmower Blenny, 1 Scooter Blenny, 2 clownfish (1 True and 1 False Perc, MATED), 1 Squarespot Anthia, 4 blue/green reef chromis
*Inverts include mic snails (turbo and nasssarius) and crabs, a porcelain crab, 2 large black brittle stars (model citizens, great scavengers), 1 Crocea Clam, 2 pepermint shrimp, one large BTA (looks more like a LTA, but is very healthy and hosts the 2 mated clowns).
*corals and frags: I have a large patch of GSP covering one rock. 2 large red monit caps and a nice sized frag of green slimer and what I believe is a pocilipora. Misc polpys including some pretty pink rockstar polyps and some misc bright green polyps, nice sized frogspawn, candy cane coral (AT LEAST 15 heads), and a Green Polyp Leather. Also, I have some other misc SPS frags that arent doing great but I will throw them in.

Here are some pics of the setup.

The tank (when I bought it a few months ago). Please ignore the Lumenarc pendants... they are not included as I didnt buy them. I have the PFO Pendants mounted in the canopy.

Sump/fuge:

Please PM me with any interest. This is not a fire sale, and I am really tempted to keep the setup, so please no low ball offers. Also, I am simply NOT interested in parting out. Thanks for looking!

What are the dims of the stand? Have you ever had the need for a chiller?

Also what type of overflow?

I am not sure of the dims of the stand. It is approx 5' long and the inside dims of the space under the tank is about 30" tall or higher.... the sump is about 15" tall if that helps you. I have never needed a chiller... the canopy has fans built in (2 fans) and I had a fan over the sump during the hottest part of the summer... my temp never exceeded 78/79. HTH.

Just changing priorities. Reefing is something that you just can't do half-way.... at least I can't. I just cant commit to my tank like I would like to. Between all the time and $$$ I would spend... I just would rather focus on other things. Like scuba and surfing.... at least those give me some physical benefits. And I dont have to worry while I am out of town wether my tank-sitter screw everything up! :P

Ive had good times on RC though.... met some really good peeps! (and some not-so-good ones.... you know who you are. LOL)

Hey everyone, thanks for the kind words. I will probably still troll the forum... and I bet I will be back (BIGGER AND BETTER THAN EVER!)

BTW, the tank is sold and gone. Thanks Seng (sr71). Great doing business with you! Hope the tank is as enjoyable for you as it was for me!!
