Question tank size

I was wondering if it would be ok to grow coral in this tank for my main tank. (click the link)

Of course I would put better lighting on it, and some better filter media.

It would really be hard to keep the water the way you want it. You might be able to keep some shrooms and maybe try some zoas (maybe) I have seen it done but it was an advanced reefer, and they had a large tank they would get the water for the water changes from.

Then what would be a small and inexpensive (below $50) tank suitable for growing coral and only coral in?
