Thanks! It's the Nikon Coolpix 4300--that was a macro shot of course.

I'd love to see more pics from everyone else's tank also .

I'm 16, but I started when I was 15. I had done official Freshwater Planted tanks a full year before, but it got boring.

Here's my tank when I first set up...

And here is a current picture

And here's me with my old dog Hershey, before she passed away...

That's pictures a year old...I look, sorta different now...

I really like the way RC welcomes younger reefers. Instead of shunning us they- they really embrace us and help us learn and grow as reefers. I get 100% of my informations from this website, and I know I share the utmost appreciation for all the staff and members here with all the fellow young reefers who have replied in this post!

Great thread idea Flipturn

Sorry for wasting another post- but I had to say something about BlackPercula's tank...WOW!! That is amazing! I really love your reef- and the way you have created the illusion that the tank goes on forever with the black background...awesome! it's so...clean!

There seem to be a lot of 14-16 year-olds, and many of us started around the same time too. Pretty cool...

Sting I agree with you 110%--this website has been extremely helpful to me, regardless of my age and experience (or rather lack of...). Also, awesome tank, and your dog looked like a great pet.

I love everyone's tanks who have posted pics. Goblinsharkman, I especially like your tank because I have a 46 gallon bow too, and I think we have the same lighting .

Nice tank Kayla, and everyone else. I'm 18, male (and single) in SC. I've been into SW reefs for 2 years and freshwater/reptiles ever since i can remember.

I don't have a decent digicam but you can see some bad and outdated pics of my reef at:

http://www.geocities.com/turtlesteve...ef/photos.html

later,
steve

PS. Kayla if you're ever able to make it you should come to one of CMAC's meetings in columbia - Kind of a long way from Atlanta but it's worth it for the frags. their website is www.columbiamarineaquariumclub.org. There might be a similar club in atlanta but i'm not sure.
