LOL! No I have not kicked the crabs outta the tank again yet. I like odd things t hough. My take was a slug tank when it was set up before. But I never had a cuke or any buttfish in it.

So now I can call my district manager a pearl fish? We joke that we don't know where our regional manager begins and district manager ends!

OMG...this is like the funniest thread I've ever read....do you think it's possible to get little chastety belts for the cukes? I worry at their virtue being so compromised. Thanks everyone for a great laugh at such a late hour. I'm pretty new to RC, and this has been the greatest read to date.

Someone sent this to me today as a joke and I thought I would revive this thread with it.

PATIENTS with chronic, intractable disease tend to seek help from a wide range of alternative sources.

But among the more bizzare is the treatment given by the socalled doctor fish of KANGAL.

http://www.cumhuriyet.edu.tr/sivas/d...ish/tez1e.html

What made me think of this thread was, could the pearl fish be used as a therapuetic aid , say, for prostate problems...

I can see it now...

Doc: We have a new therapy for that colonituspigmentosa.

Patient: Wow, thats great. What is it.

Doc: I'm going to have you sit in this tank of saltwater, then introduce our little helper.

Patient: Huh?

Doc: You get in the water and I put a fish in your hinney.

Patient: Wha!

Doc: Then he's gonna swim round and round and eat up all your colonituspigmentosa.

Patient: He's gonna what?..........................

they tried it. but someone clamped their butthole shut,
killing a fish. PETA got involved, lawsuits were filed,
now there's a 'no buttfish' clause in the fear factor contracts.

i hear richard gere may test the constitutionality of it all though...

Someone better contact Dr. Burgess so he can update his Atlas of Marine Aquarium Fishes. He still has it listed on page 79 as Onuxodon margaritiferae. Maybe he just doesn’t realize that scientific name has now been changed to "Angel's gonad eating butt fish".

Another issue for Dr. Burgess is his symbols for feeding (see page 21). He now has an upside down test tube representing prepared foods, a worm looking thing for Inverts, a fish for live food, and a plant symbolizing plant matter. JMO but I think he needs to add a symbol of a set a gonads.

Not exactly sure. I guess we'll have to wait for "Angela's happy action back door fun time show" to find out.

Either that or watch The Iron Chef. I understand that Sea Cucumber Gonads will be the secret ingredient next week.

(English voice over) "Very Tasty . . . I've never tasted Sea Cucumber Gonads prepared this way before . . . ."

Top 10 events occupying Angela’a life since she left her Reef behind (pun intended)

Accused of stuffing a potato up her neighbor’s tailpipe

Refuses to enter her house through the backdoor

Often spotted doing the moonwalk

Obsessed with the contents of skimmer collection cups

Always removes all the sliced cucumber before eating her chef salad

Having a hard time finding a boyfriend who understands

Contemplating re-entering (pun intended) the hobby

Compiling a list of reef invertebrates with very small orifices in anticipation of re-entering (pun intended again) the hobby

Arrested three times for road rage against tailgaters

Refuses to date a very nice ‘Roto-Rooter’ guy

Has developed a passion for skydiving out the cargo door of a C130
