Why may I ask? Because he wants to return a broken pump?

He doesn't want to send the pump back, I have offerd that (minus shipping), he wants money.. Extortion.

By the way how did you get on "on probation"? Kinda funny considering your occupation.

I typed it up there. Once you make 500 posts you can put whatever you want.

Thanks Adam,

As far as sending the pump back, minis your shipping cost, that was $6 and then my cost $6, plus the $1.50 lose to Paypal, that comes to $36.50 back...

As I said before the pump does WORK, and if I send it to you I lose out $13.50. does this sound like a good deal to anyone?
I sent 3 PM's before you even replied to my 3rd one, and that more then likely was because I threated to post neg feedback.

Then after we started PM'ing back and forth, it wasn't till again I said I'd have to leave neg feedback did you say you's take the pump back!!! That was 8 days later...

Does anyone now trust the seller to refund the money if I sent the pump back? I sure do not. Since you stated in one of the PM's to me that you think I am running the Scam... yet after 8 days you want the pump back..maybe you plan to sell it again ???

For the third time, when you refund money Papal does not charge the buyer! You sent three PM's correct, I'm sorry I don't check the forum on a daily basis. The second and third PM were sent on the same day. Did you send an email?

Also, I don't WANT the pump back, I gave you that as a option.

It is standard that you would not get a refund of the shipping you paid him, and you have to pay to ship it back. Look at most major on-line stores. A lot will also charge you a 25% restocking fee.

So I don't think what he is asking is out of line.

The is why I think it would be better to just price a new shaft... if I can find one, there was no papers with the pump, and I can't get Taam, Inc's web page to load.

I'm pretty sure that I can buy a new shaft for less then $12.00
and that is why I asked reefkeeps in the first place for $10-$15 to pay for it, but he thinks I'm tring to screw him....

As for Paypal charges, i don't know, never had to have anyone refund me funds, why don't you sent me some money and I'll let you know

As far as me, anyone can look at my feedback on Ebay..
