If your anemone is white (and possibly colored tips?) It is bleached out so its actually a great idea to begin to feed it. Depending on how large it is any sort of good quality meaty food should be great- Krill, Squid, Scallop, silverside, etc. Give it time and it should gain its color back too.
Most sebae's I've seen are relatively calm in color.. a tan or a silvery color with colored tips.. There's one at my LFS that is larger than a basketball and it readily eats whole silversides- if its on the small side though smaller chunks are always easier for it to eat

I agree if its white its bleached and needs some tlc. I would start with some mysis shrimp defrosted and room temp every other day for a while and it starts to gain stickiness and response to the food graduate to other foods, silversides, squid, even table shrimp uncooked, no shells and thawed (cocktail shrimp you get at your store) I would also consider soaking all food for your anemone in selcon to help with the progress

to all, just remember that sebae anemone usually come from the store already white due to their lack of zooanthellae. if he's new, return him because he's dying

that may not be an option at times, some LFS will only take things back on donation which means underWoasisjake
will be out of the money he spent, somtimes they give credits but somtimes not full credits, my sebae when I got it was a bit bleached and with tlc I was able to bring it back around

also wanted to note that sebaes are not always bright in color as christie said alot of them are light tan, beige or silvery which is not that far off from "white"

Actually, anemones tend to be more receptive at night. Not only that, but fish are less likely to take food the anemone's food at night. IME, a fish based meat is ideal for H. crispa, assuming that is what yours is.
