ionic buffer does it work?

I have been ionic buffer 4 about 4 weeks now and i dont see a differance in anything. My cal is actully lower now that what it was. I add the right amount every day.

well I hope you arnt just adding the buffer continuously and thinking that that will magically make the tank healthier...

Are you testing for alk? If so how high is it, and what is the calc? If you raise alk too high, your calc will drop. The key is to have the two in the right balance, and add as your tank uses it up. Just adding everyday is not the right thing to do, it depends on how much is being taken out of the water for calcification.
