Breeding peppermint shrimp

I recently bought 4 peppermints and noticed last night that one of them now has eggs.
What conditions do these guys need to successfully hatch?
(assuming I have at least one male)
They are currently in a container in my sump with some sand, live rock, coral rubble and a bit of chaeto.
Is there anything I can do to maximise my chances?
I'm happy to set up a small tank for them if necessary.

you're welcome.

another tip: search the internet using breeding peppermint shrimp

It's not actually the breeding part that's difficult- it's raising the shrimp larvae.
