Unhappy # or email 4 current usa warranty

I have a 48" current usa orbit fixture and one of the ballasts has blown. I emailed the info address found on their web site three times and no response! I just need a phone # or email address for their warranty department. ca anyone help me???

There website should have a place where there phone # is located, just do a little searching, they will eventually respond back to you email,

have you filled out the warranty card for the light, or how long have you had it, because if your still under warranty then they will replace it if you adress them properly

Did yours come with a warranty card?

It takes awhile but they should respond. We emailed about broken/cracked elbows on a fusion Nano skimmer and a day later got a reply email stating they were mailing them out. The only contact info they gave was:

It's been 3 weeks since I emailed them. No response. If you go to their web site youll see that the only options are product info, warranty registration, and a link to email them for info. My LFS told me they were going to get the # several times. I thought someone online might have the inside scoop.
