Negative feddback for triggerfish1976
I really dislike blasting anyone but I would recommend avoiding triggerfish1976. I purchased two IceCap 250w ballasts and two 20K XM bulbs on 8/17/2006. Received the ballasts, one XM, and another unknown bulb. Contacted him several times via PM (with email notification) and was told that he was busy and that the bulb would be going in the mail next week. I haven't heard from him since 9/12 and he is no longer opening my PMs. I have purchased many items on RC and this is the first time I got burned.

I wouldn't say you got burned on this deal and I don't think what I did would constitute such negative remarks.
You paid $250 for (2) 250 watt IceCap retro's including top of line spider reflectors. I admit that I did accidentally send a Blueline 20,000k bulb instead of the XM but generally when people get burned they receive a lesser quality item whereas the bulb I sent was actually better then the one advertised. I did make a few commitments to ship the right bulb out and let you keep the blueline bulb and for that I apologize for not sending it and for not getting with you since mid last month, no excuses on my part. I will be sending the bulb out as soon as I can. |

Again, I hate posting negative comments about people which is why I hate these forms of communication. I had no idea what the other bulb was. You didn't tell me and I didn't hear back from you. I will send that bulb back to you.
