Unhappy clown tang

Hi folks,
I had just introduced a clown tang in my 3000ltrs reef tank, what I am worried about is that I had seen it nipping some polyps and on the leather coral.
are these clown tangs like that only or my fish is just doing this out of curiosity, as it has not seen corals for a long time (as told to me) and it will stop nipping the polyps after a couple of days.
Now please suggest shall I wait or take it out of there immediately
)sorry for the poor image quality it was taken froma mobile phone's camera.

Looks like you have terror in your reef aquarium. Always research before purchasing.
