20 gal
is 20 a decent size for a frag tank me and my friend are going to try and get into coral propagation hobby would 20 gal be ok to start out with or is it to small.... Anything i have to be worried about with a small tank

Get as big as possible. Go used and get whats cheap, thats the way to go if your primary goal is propagation and not aestetics.

i dont want to go to big in case i dont want to go through with it.. Im more of a fowlr guy but i like corals as well.

20g long is a nice tank,and gives enough room for a decent small prop tank. I'm setting up one right now with a 10g sump.
The setup is also cheap enough that it's not a big investment if you decide to not stay with it. |
