my frogspawn wont emerge!!!!!

Its been like two days now and my newly bought frogspawn wont come out as much as it did at the aquarium store

why is this?

What are your water parameters, and what kind of lighting & water flow did it come from & what are yours? My Frogspawn is always mad for a few hours after moving it to a new location in the tank, but then it comes out & tells me how it likes it. ;-) Moderate to low flow & moderate lighting seem to keep mine happy.
