Angry Powder Blues?

I can not keep a powder blue tang alive for the life of me. I have many other difficult species, but have struck out with this one. Any suggestions?

What have your PBT's died from? Ich, Starvation? I guess I was lucky. I have only bought one and have had him since March 04. He actually gets along fine with all my other fish, including my Kole Tang.

PBTs are not known for being easy fish to keep, but if you keep losing them (?how many times??) then, you're doing something wrong. How many have you lost, and what's killing them?
Are you putting them in your 135? Do you have other Tangs in the tank?

my guess would be improper acclimation and existing parasites.
