NEW Power Blue and ICH..Yep. Ich HELP PLEASE

Can I treat this fish in the tank he is in with other fish? Or do I need to put it in a hospital tank? He is in the first stages of what I believe to be ICH. He is eating and not scratching at all. I want to treat the fish but I do not have a hospital tank. Is there a way I can treat him in the tank? Thanks
