Clown tang search

... on the lookout for a small (< 3.5") clown tang. If anyone sees one in any LFS give me a heads up. Thanks.

Lucky Ocean on Balboa usually gets them in.

FYI: they do not do well in tanks smaller than 6' in length. They will get extremely aggressive and attack your fishes. Even in 8 foot tank, the clown tang attacked me and raddogz.

Aquarium concepts in Dublin. If you're thinking about going there you'll want to call ahead to check. I think they get their fish shipment in on Tuesday and Thursdays??

Clown tangs can get aggressive. Psionicdragon's was a good example that turned after he got in some corals in, and then it turned really territorial.

Not only are the aggresive but they require a higher DO in a tank due to them being from the surge zone. A large portion die in the COC so IMO it's not that great of a tang to even import, let alone keep.
