Here is a pic of my new tank bred Ocellaris. They are in a QT right now. Have had them about 2 weeks. They are a blast to watch. I can wait for my 4 weeks to pass so I can place them in my display. |

I would not describe A. nigripes as rare, quite a few folks on RC have them. In at least 2 cases, RC Members have had them breed in captivity.
They seem to be notoriously delicate shippers and frequently break down within the first few weeks of arrival. I have really wanted to track down a juvenile for this specimen, but hesitate to even bring fish with unknown ailments into my collection area. Hope that was not too much more then you asked for

heres my pair of Cap clowns, and true percs, the percs lay their nest about 3 inches from the carpet where the Caps call home. They all get along fine, and never squabble. I wouldnt recommend this though.
Ive had the perc pair for about 1 1/2 years, and the Cap pair for 1 year.
