i voted yes,i would love to be able to just go through and chose a tank for equipment choices and stocking the reef discution is kind of intimidating

ME too! Not sure why this would be so difficult. Wouldn't even have to move all the current threads. Grandfather them in where they are at unless the thread starter PM'ed a mod to move it. my .02

I voted yes. I agree. One of the most popular threads I read are always the tank builds. I like to see a whole project from start to finsh.

I came in here to start a thread about this myself and found this one. It would make it so much easier to find tank logs that you're interested in if all of them were in the same place.

If you have not decided on the format can I make a suggestion?
How about putting in a subforum in each of the following forums: Nano, Large, Soft, SPS, LPS, Zoo, maybe others? Sort of like the R3CA is in the DIY forum.

that is a stupid idea sorry i dont think your stupid at all i just want to point out that you can tittle your thread sps lps and mixed but having them all in the same forum would make it nice i have wanted a tank thread forum every day since i started here i wont start my tank threads until there is a place for them
also a Mod related eariler that it would be a bandwith issue are you implying that if we streamline Reef central it wil be so easy to use we might post more threads and therefore use more bandwidth? MY VOTE IS YES
when 80% of users use have a mixed reef why make them post their threads in 5 forums just so the sps guys and the lps guys and the DIY guys will see becuase if you put it in the sps thread hardly anyone would see it
and the tank threads are clogging up all the other threads.s
